Free standard shipping is offered for orders above $100 within the United States.

2. Order Processing

2.1. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
2.2. Processing time is typically 1-2 business days from the date of purchase. Orders placed after 3:00 PM CST or on weekends will begin processing the next business day.

7. Damaged or Lost Shipments

7.3. Aeroalitech is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but not received. Customers are encouraged to check with neighbors or their local post office.

8. Non-Deliverable Packages

8.1. Packages returned to Aeroalitech due to incorrect addresses, refusal to pay customs duties, or failure to collect will incur additional shipping fees for re-delivery.
8.2. Refunds for non-deliverable packages will exclude initial shipping fees.
